This is poltergeist activity. The fact that it can move things, it will ramp up. Another person I watch, had things like this happen & now the poltergeist is throwing 🔪& ✂️. Plz be safe & as others have said, moving won’t help if ya don’t have some intervention to help this stop, and I know it can follow. So sorry you are going through this!

we had a similar experience in our home, come to find out the wiring ing light had a short. We replaced it and the switch. All good again.
