Mandy was very brave coming out and telling what happened. I respected him before this, and I don't care if he has a drinking problem, so did my ex-husband. Notice I said ex. No is a full sentence and requires no further explanation. Period. It doesn’t matter if either person was drunk, or otherwise not in a sober state of mind, it is not an excuse, ever. Victims deserve to be heard, and believed, and anyone who believes victim blaming is ok is just as bad as the person who did the act.
