I think the biggest problem with handball right now is the inconsistent calls from refs. parents see different calls every game. I don't blame the refs. I think it has become too subjective.

I think the current laws need one minor tweak. Ball off your foot or thigh into a hand in an unnatural position should be a handball offense. If not for the hand touching the ball in those cases, it’s likely the player would lose possession.

This is awesome that you put this out the problem is it’s not being followed. So your asking people to stop yelling handball but there still seeing handballs being called that way.

If I'm not mistaken, somewhere in the rules it says that NOT ALL handballs are fouls. I wish people could understand that so the game could be played more fluidly, especially at the youth level.

My son got a handball call on Sunday bc it hit his foot then his arm. Refs apparently don’t know this either. I wish all refs were more educated

What’s crazy is we make it easier to not call a handball. I’ve always thought it’s a handball in an unnatural position or they gain an advantage off the ball hitting hand or arm. I’m sure I’ll get blasted but I think it’s pretty simple to see what’s a handball and not.
