He was responding to an ICE incident in his own neighborhood exercising his 1st Amendment protection to record law enforcing while they perform their duties in public spaces. ICE actively attempts to intimidate citizens who record them in public. Alex stepped in to help a woman that was pushed down by an ICE officer. He was never aggressive. He never touched his gun. His gun was removed from his holster by an ICE officer, and was shot in the back. 6 ICE officers scattered like roaches after 10 shots were fired into Alex’s defenseless body. Hours after his murder, Trump and his top aides rushed to protray Alex as a “domestic terrorist”. Today, misinformation and AI videos are being used to spread lies about Alex.
