I don't think you understand that you cannot record whether you're a tourist or not in front of a bank a bank is a private facility and no matter where you're standing you can't record people coming in and out of a bank it's a security risk and you have now been told by police to turn off the phone and turn off the camera you don't have any freedom of the press as a tourist you have to be a real member of journalism with a TV or radio or newspaper license and you have to show your ID and also give your name and show your credentials and ask permission and you don't ask anybody to return their gun you turn it off now they can arrest you and take your phone and take your camera if they want to there you can legally do that so stop talking people and say they're harassing you you're harassing them so turn it off and walk away before you get arrested

Marc Dawson :

Loitering … I like it :) … tourists don’t film a bank for 40 minutes :)
