Texan here…..I lived in the DMV area for 6 years. NEVER in my life have I seen so much BLACK excellence! Beautiful black couples, black fathers hanging out with their kids. I’m considering moving back.

HR here (for the past 6+yrs) ☝🏾 you need to find a gov contracting company or work for the federal government directly. There are several companies who will sponsor your clearance. Anywhere from basic level to Top Secret. Apply even if it says security clearance required… some will sponsor.

I was 19 working for DHS, my grandmother currently works for DOJ and has been since I was little, my uncle has a security clearance so high he act like he can’t talk about work 😭 it’s really like mandatory lol my family is either healthcare or government
