@jc.eeats: It’s savory, salty, sour, spicy, and very addicting to eat!🇹🇭🦐🍋‍🟩 ✎ Ingredients: *2 lb shrimp *3 tbsp fish sauce *1 whole lime *1/2 tsp sugar *1/2 tsp tamarind powder *1 tbsp rice powder *1 shallot *5 garlic cloves *thai chili to taste *1/3 cup cilantro *butter lettuce *cooked mung bean vermicelli noodles *optional- fresh mint Directions: 1. Peel and slice shrimp into bite size pieces. 2. Cook shrimp for 3-5 mins until the color changes orange. 3. Drain and give it a quick rinse. 4. In a bowl, add shrimp and all the ingredients listed above. 5. Taste test and adjust if needed. 6. Place the cooked mung bean vermicelli noodles on the lettuce and finish with the shrimp on top.
