I have one made of teak wood, which is naturally waterproof and they also coat it for extra protection. They are heavier so if you are going to be moving it around regularly the one you have might be better since it’s nice and light

Get you a straw brush for cleaning those drainage holes, because drainage holes get soap scum and mould in them.... Also holes in a seat against bare skin feel unpleasant when you peel your flesh out of them

I’m an amputee in Aus, and I use the Etac Swift shower chair. It’s the best! Also good for travel because it comes apart. However, there is a new one coming out from Ennova Design that looks AWESOME!

Looks good in your shower. Lack of height adjustment will limit its use for some. And the arm rests are a bit low perhaps. And the footprint of the base is quite big by the looks of it. But for the price it’s good value.
