I signed up for your program & got this machine for Xmas. What a difference. A weird phenomenon I am experiencing is my back feels like I can’t stretch it enough. My back is coming back alive. It’s almost like an internal itch. Have you heard or experienced this feeling in the healing process?

I just want to say thank you! I’m a paramedic, hurt myself year ago lifting a patient. 2 discs compressed. I’ve been suffering, been to chiro physio specialist, I’ve made more progress in the last 10 days doing ur program then I have in a year.

Just started hitting hinge reps 🙏 I started with the holds back in August and used to get flare ups so bad I couldn’t walk and would have to call in sick to work for sometimes 2-3 days. Haven’t had one since! Play the long game.
