my dad has been forcing me to become a doctor ever since i was a kid. i never dreamed of being one, and honestly, i hate it sm. so i always did everything i could to avoid it. i thought maybe after all these years he’d finally change his mind, but nope. i wanted to be an archaeologist, but he hated the idea. So yeah, i let that dream go and started looking for another major instead. a few months ago, i took a university entrance test. i had two choices, med school and another major which the one i want. guess what? i got accepted into med school LOL. congrats to him I guess, because im the one who lost 🤷🏻‍♀️

I told him i would study psychology, it’s the closest thing there is to what he wants me to study and he’s still not happy, he has such little hope in me, what would he think if i even mentioned that psychology wasn’t even my initial plan or the thing i yearned to be?
