you can use matt but matt is not the best option except you are using a matt that's washable and very sleek if is not white stucco,,,after your color skimming stabilizing solution is the best for priming bcuz it gives you that best smooth surface but if you are doing white stucco a high intensive and sleek silk is the best 👌 for your background
