who's the somebody that's reporting the activity. did you do an investigation on that someone. if someone could be a psycho that someone could be a drug addict you did no investigation whatsoever the car didn't even State a crime he just stated a man was filming they thought it was suspicious. suspicion doesn't give you any kind authority or power and after you were told no if you continue it's harassment
