deadly force was not warranted in this situation, less lethal wasn't even warranted, cop should have just let her throw water and then moved in to cuff after the fact, subject would still be alive and cop wouldn't have been charged with murder. the cop shouldn't have been hired to that department in the first place. I hope he pays the price.
