I’m usually on law-enforcement side, but unfortunately, that is not the case here he had no reason to use deadly force. Yes The Guy did not want to go in handcuffs, but he didn’t try to fight the officer. He ran do your job and chase them. You have his drivers license you know where he lives.

Why did he search him? He didn’t ask to search him. He doesn’t have the right to search him, no probable cause to search him. A ran stop sign doesn’t give him the right to search the man!
