@alenakhmil: Creamy Steak Pasta 🍝🥩 Cook pasta until al dente. Sear the steak in a hot pan with olive oil — 2 minutes per side and edges. Add butter, garlic and thyme, baste with aromatic butter. Remove the steak. In the same pan sauté onion and mushrooms. Pour in cream, grate Parmesan, add chopped parsley and cooked pasta. Mix well. Slice the steak, then season with salt and pepper and add to the pasta. Вершкова паста зі стейком 🍝🥩 Макарони відварити до стану al dente. Стейк викласти на добре розігріту пательню з оливковою олією, обсмажити по 2 хвилини з кожної сторони та по боках. Додати вершкове масло, часник і гілочку тим’яну, полити м’ясо ароматним маслом. Стейк зняти. У цій же пательні обсмажити цибулю з грибами. Влити вершки, потерти пармезан, додати подрібнену петрушку та відварені макарони. Добре перемішати.
