Better not look into EMS services in Texas. They push their medics for 24-48 shifts, often with very little to no down time.

Nurses are not Robots and I wouldn’t want them working on me, my husband or any other human who is so sick when they’re so exhausted they can’t think clearly to make quick decisions.

It was absolutely correct, The Judge is right having to work beyond two shifts is insane. That's not safe for the employees nor is it safe for the people in their care! No one should be forced to work more than two shifts!!!!

OK…I don’t believe this. I need receipts. Any health care facility/hospital would be absolute idiots to try & get away with this. LAWS regarding how many mandated hours a nurse works are VERY clear. It has nothing to do with facility contracts. If I’m wrong about this send me a link to prove it…and not from TT or YouTube. I’ll wait…
