If this is real, the judge violated the good Samaritan law. If she is unconscious, consent is implied when it comes to live saving action. Removing the soaked coat and putting the blanket on her likely helped prevent her from dying or losing some fingers or even limbs. God forbid he had to do CPR or use an AED because her heart ended up stopping. She’d have been very upset when she woke up with a blanket being the only thing covering her torso.
