@zoe.nationn: MIXED BERRY CHIA PUDDING Ingredients: • 1 cup Greek yogurt • 3 tbsp chia seeds • ½ cup milk of choice (or more for thinner texture) • 1 tbsp hemp seeds • 1 cup frozen mixed berries • 1–2 tsp honey (to taste) Method: 1. Blend or puree the frozen mixed berries until smooth. 2. In a bowl or jar, mix Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. 3. Stir through the berry puree. 4. Add honey and mix well. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or overnight until thickened. 6. Give it a good stir before serving.
