I’m a Stratfordian by heart. I refuse to believe that the greatest author ever, no matter the language, was someone in disguise. As you say, most theories cannot be supported. To me, as a scholar who did study him well, he is simply one of a kind, the most gifted writer we ever saw. And that’s it.

I think the stratfordian theory makes the most sense, as why would these aristocrats use a fake name, I feel like an aristocrat would love nothing more then to be a famed author in that time.
