i wish it didn't cost any but they probably didn't it either for corporate greed or to prevent spamming of the public duels since times square can be up to 100 people, not saying normal 100 people would be in one spot but you never know cause what if a streamer was hosting something there. there should be an individual timer cooldown with a queue system instead of the cost but ya know...
