They’re all in this together. I’m sorry for everything that happen but I’m sure they’re all taking turns blaming one person isn’t the way to go. I know we used to do this crazy stuff when we were kids we used to even grab the bumper of a car just a random car and we’d hold onto till we get the other side of town and then we’re done. We’ll grab a bumper and get a ride home blaming doesn’t help doesn’t fix anything not in this one. Sorry for your loss. It’s a really sad story.

involuntary manslaughter means that your actions caused an accident that caused someone to lose their life thats what happened here its tragic but yes both were to blame one paid with her life the other is going to pay with a part of hers both were to blame

LAWS VARY STATE TO STATE. AND SOME SEEM UNFAIR. EXAMPE:..TWO 16YR OLD BOYS BREAK INTO A HOUSE AND WAS SURPRISED TO FIND THE OWNER HOME AND ARMED. AS THE BOYS TRIED TO RUN OUT, ONE WAS HIT AND KILLED WITH GUN FIRE AND THE OTHER MADE IT HOME WITHOUT A SCRATCH. LATER ON AFTER THE INVESTIGATION, HE ENDED UP BEING ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH UN- INVOLUNTARY HOMICIDE FOR HIS FRIENDS DEATH EVEN WHEN HE WASN’T THE ONE THAT SHOT HIM.
