I remember a year or so ago you made a video addressing. What I got from that, was to you as a defense attorney your responsibility isn't to ensure they get off, but instead to ensure they get a fair trial, their rights aren't infringed upon, and that the prosecution does their job accurately and without prejudice. Once that is accomplished, the rest is up to the jury

Everyone is entitled to a defense. I think it’s similar to a doctor or nurse who gets a horrible person as a patient. You may not like them, but they’re entitled to good care, so you set aside personal feelings or opinions and provide good care.

As an ID Discovery "digital Detective" it becomes glaringly obvious why we need Defense Attorneys. It's always about the evidence, and how it was uncovered. How did they choose, or did they find the suspected perpetrator. The Karen Reed case showed the entire world how bad things can go. Millions spent on defending herself from a case that should have never made it to court. The scariest part? People actually think that what the police did during that investigation, was right.

I have never needed a criminal lawyer but I definitely appreciate what you do! I know that there are many times that people are unjustly arrested. I also appreciate that no matter what someone may have done, we need lawyer like you to protect our civil rights and liberties.
