My trigger was either going to work or being at home I was a heavy user everyday without fail up to a quarter most days hypnotherapy helped me I would highly recommend it as a start of the mending process

I use to do it without drink 🙄 makes it even worse cause that feeling of wanting it can come on any time, not just when your drinking
