I have a set of willow parents and they bring me coffee at least once a week too. They also never forget my bday and Christmas. They show so much appreciation for what I do and take me seriously. I wish they could all be like this 😩😭

I used to work at a PPEC and quit because they would let sick kids come in only to call their parents a few hours later to pick them up 😒 they do this because they still get to bill insurance and make money. Gross practices

OMG! I had a family on the tour who were exactly like that, perfect, and they also used cloth diapers. But on the first day they arrived 40 minutes late for pick-up and after that it was nothing but problems. Some days they would only send me 3 diapers and other days they would send me the dirty cloth diapers from the previous day instead of sending clean ones. And they always tried to bring the sick child because they didn't like to give medicine when he was sick.

I ran a home daycare and one of the boys I watched had a seizure. I handled it as best as I could and he was fine, but the parent didn’t tell me his son had seizures often. Did you hear me? He never told me that it’s common for him to have seizures. I dropped them. Sorry. Im not a nurse, certified in cpr, yes, but not certified for this.

I constantly tell my mom daycare stories and she’s so confused. Come to find out she NEVER let us go to school sick, my dad picked me up every day when he got off at 2:30 (even when my teachers explained that they paid for me to be there till 6), and they gave my teacher season tickets to giants games 😭 I want my toddler self in my daycare class like WHAT

My son’s daycare Nana had some crazy policies but I did not care because she was the most amazing person and I trusted her with my infant. When you find a good match you do whatever is needed.

we had a kiddo move up to my class and when kiddo started (or toured. it might have been in the tour) mom goes "we aren't crunchy parents! dont worry" and they arent!!! they are some of the sweetest parents we have. actually easy going, understand their kiddo is gonna get hurt now and then, great sense of humor about stuff kiddo does. i adore these parents and the kiddo
