Nope!! People need to have the option to see what’s going on in the back! These employees should be under 24 hour surveillance. Back in 1999 I worked at a shopping center cutting hair and there was a little cafe on the corner. My boss used to go there daily and get a drink. I found out from employees who worked at OUR shop that they knew a guy who worked at the cafe didn’t like my employer and would spit in his drinks. Icing on the cake… that employee was HIV positive. I told my boss immediately. What’s even worse is that two of my bosses employees were his in-laws. Who would know this kind of information and not tell?!?!

I can’t help but think how weird this was handled. I don’t wanna pull the racist card, but if it wasn’t the black guy filming but him spinning on the food he would’ve gotten fired, but since it was a white guy spinning on the food, the black guy got fired. Make that make sense. The white guy should’ve gotten fired if anything….🤔
