I genuinely thought what I felt was love. It took years and a lot of healing to understand it was actually a trauma bond. Hollow Intimacy was one of the books that helped me untangle the confusion. It showed me that real intimacy doesn't leave you feeling hollow and alone. Thank you for this video, every woman needs to hear this.

We are all broken kuma relationships and marriages, we’re all patients that survives with pain killer if push goes to sharve, we are all imperfect with our own flaws, we’re simply flawed but we strive to do better in many ways and yet we draw the line on certain situations. Repeated cheatings are very disrespectful, babies outside of wedlock are a no no to me, but not every household holds those values dearly, so I will not make my rules someone else’s, however I will not break up at every disagreements or argument, it depends with the severity of the problem. If it’s fixable or not.
