guys, no this isn't the most efficient or cost effective way and doing it with mud or spackle isn't that hard. but not everyone knows how to do it that way or wants to keep the materials for that around the house. this things seems like a great option for people who aren't super handy or have no need to keep a putty knife on hand full time
