moment he moved into st andrew's towers coral springs he has been harassed with bogus lease violations. 1st complaint about my service dog made by the assistant director standing on the left in video she has an alleged ES dog i brought documentation for my service dog she denied looking or speaking with me i told her she can speak to my lawyer I wrote a public review of the incident which was immediately taken care of by a man from their corporate office in miami who said my service animal is welcome on the property. given no complaint on the behavior or the handling of the animal was strictly breed size discrimination they didn't like this the harassment got worse i'd been a caregiver for this person for 20yrs he signed a lease with saint andrews in jan was unable to move in until end of march he was hospitalized with systemic MSRA pneumonia abscess in his lung collapsed 3xs required surgery on a ventilator for weeks & stage 2 bed sores he was in the hospital for 9weeks I chose to stay down here help. since he unable to move in I did the moving for him set up his new apartment, I took care of bills I was in communication with St Andrew's they told me even though he has year lease payed rent on time they could still take the apartment claim he had abandoned it for not resided in it for over 30s days.making it as if they did him a favor by allowing him to stay he received least violations when he had a guest who came to visit stayed 3 nights signed in received a parking pass a lease violation on day 2 for an unauthorized occupant was given. another violation claimed I was aggressive towards staff no one from the office called to discuss the situation. 3 ppl banged loud hard on the door then proceeded to walk in immediately without being invited or being asked didnt even get to the door to open it They just walked in. leaving me to say along with my employer Who the fuck are you What are you doing in the apartment I couldn't be too aggressive since they came in anyway checked the fire alarm sprayed for bugs allegedly the ppl spoke no english couldnt understand what was being still without discussion he received a violation. it is unlawful to walk into an apartment according to law If they need to give proper notification up to 3 days prior they fail to do leaving us unaware He has a right to privacy I could have been applying meds to his bed sores that are on his pelvis leaving him exposed. they were complaining of my being on the premises 12 days a week which is not enough according to law to claim residency. he is legally blind with one prosthetic eye stage 4 COPD diabetes neuropathy many digestional issues. we applid for reasonable accommodation Aug 19 Making me his live in aid while he recovers they asked for my ID they made a copy. i signed permission for background check he signed release of info for dr. was told I needed ss card. we were not aware we asked for a couple days they said yes he received another violation unauthorized occupant failed to bring necessary forms. they claimed they didn't have my id or ss. both were given aug 22 silence nov 18 eviction notice lease violations unauthorized occupant & dog nov 25 after asking receive letter of denial claims reasonable accommodations are given only to the disabled lease violations failed background check i has a minor possession charge 2017 they claim it makes them uncomfortable they follow me around recording me the director allowed a neighbor to physically verbally assault me An attempt to solicit a negative response to use against me. they give plenty of reasonable accommodations to those they choose immigrants families ppl than 1 dog the lady who assaulted me is on my TikTok has an accommodation her daughter was given own apartment to care for her mother they convinced him to hire cleaning service through them 50 no eng they want to hire his aide as well #landlord#legal #eviction #HUD #catholiccharity
