I’ve taken some time to reflect and maybe I was projecting my own issues when I made that comment. I can see you how much better you are and how much it’s helping others. Genuinely people are almost threatened when people decide to go sober, drink less or simply cut bad habits. I’ll never understand why it’s normal to ask someone why they aren’t drinking, instead of asking those drinking why they’re drinking? It’s a personal journey for anyone and everyone who chooses that path and you had a platform trying to spread awareness, keeping your head high and know it’s the people commenting who has the issue not you 🥰🫶🏼

I think its absolutely incredible that a man with your background, relatable and as well known as you is talking about it and showing vulnerability. It’s opening up the possibility of so many more men realising how much more to life there is and that it’s okay to make these changes and how strong that makes them. It’s also educational for women in similar situations. Keep it up proud of you 👏🏽
