Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup melted unsalted butter -1 & 1/3 cup granulated sugar -3 eggs -1/3 cup olive oil -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour -1/2 cup cocoa powder -1/2 tsp baking powder -1/4 tsp salt -1/3 cup hot coffee Frosting -1/2 room temperature unsalted butter -1 cup confectioners sugar -1/4 cup crushed freeze dried strawberries -1 tbsp milk How to: Preheat your oven to 350F In a small sauce pan, add your butter, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and olive oil. Mix on low heat until your sugar dissolves then removed from the heat. Using a stand mixer add your eggs, vanilla extract and 1 cup granulated sugar mix on high speed for three minutes or until light in color. Turn the speed down to low and slow slowly add in your melted butter mixture. Mix until all is incorporated. add your dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated before adding your hot coffee and chocolate chips. Once combined, transfer your batter to a linked 8x8 baking dish. bake on 350F for 30 minutes. Allow your brownies to cool completely before using a heart shape cookie cutter to cut into pieces. Add optional icing and enjoy! Icing Start by creaming your butter on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add in your powder sugar, crushed freeze dried strawberries and milk.
