Love your videos, just disagree with you on that one post. Chefs think they know what happens behind the bar, I did the same when I started out in the kitchen and that’s why they make comments like you did and get backlash. I’ve been in the industry for a while, each establishment does stuff their way but the ones that care aren’t taking shortcuts was my point. It’s easy to taste the difference between fresh juice and bottled stuff was my point, that’s why I eat at local spots instead of chains too.
