The best chili cheese fries I’ve ever had come in an aluminum to go container and is lovingly packed for your convenience in a flimsy brown cardboard box that’s stained and greasy. But you pull up to that drive thru and that smell hits you?… You know you came to the right place and you’re eating good.

I don’t believe that. When I take a plate to pre-shift and somebody says that looks awesome, I say to them don’t tell me that taste it first and then tell me it looks nice. They will only order it again if it tastes great. Who gives a shit if it’s pretty.

I don't really care for fancy dining even though I have to do it with clients all the time. But my favorite is like a cheap foreign place. Like a Turkish kebap or Greek restaurant. The kind of place that mainly runs on delivery or drink people. They have bright tl light. The floor is slightly sticky. The menu is on the wall over the counter with pictures. But the people are friendly and amazing. That's the best food.
