Do you just kinda make these up in your head and then experiment on how to make it in large batches? Because I don’t know if people realize how little room for error there is with certain types of dough vs other other dishes. I used to bake and cook for thousands, and I was good. But my son will beg me not to cook for our small holiday meals. I cannot cook for a few people, it never turns out right! 😂
