What works for me was the most basic steps, with a little twist. I gargle with mouthwash, floss and then use metal tongue scraper, and gargle with mouthwash again, followed by brushing your teeth like you normally do. Do not rinse, just spit out the toothpaste as much as you can. That's it. oh, it has to be metal tongue scrapper. i tried other material, it doesn't work as effective. Plus, the metal one can be use for years.

I add the drop of clove oil to my toothpaste, after I put the toothpaste on my toothbrush. The clove oil by itself is too strong. It works immediately.
