Agree!!! I'm from Spain and have visited Texas several times. The people in the US are more friendly and especially in the south. But in Texas it's another level. Texas is the best. I'm trying to move there🙏🙏🙏

i felt the same way when I went to Madrid everyone was so nice to me and they compliment you coming from Switzerland you’re like wow😂 Im sure a lot of people think things but they tend to keep it to themselves maybe. ?! i wish they’d be more outgoing!

Worked for an American company in my early 20s. Was told to be "fun", "smiling", "curious" and "bubbly". Didn't feel genuine and the managers looked sour if I didn't deliver. But Scandinavian "nice" is just different. Not so over-the-top and fake.
