I will say it once for everyone. Field Sobriety Tests (FSTs) are not legally required. You can politely decline those tests. Chemical testing like breathalyzer or blood test are generally enforceable. Depending on local state laws. If you refuse chemical testing you will most likely get an automatic license suspension due to “implied laws”.
