Coming from someone who is in the top percentile of developers on Lovable it is one giant security risk. They sacrificed security data, privacy, compliance, and all of those things. People should be focusing on now for a pretty UI ease of use magically connecting things like it’s nothing.

Based on our extensive experience, we suspect that Lovable’s AI may be configured to retain only a very limited number of recent chat messages. As a result, users may believe they are having a continuous conversation with the AI, when in practice each response may function more like a separate API call with little or no meaningful memory of what the user explained only a few messages earlier. This creates unnecessary confusion, repeated instructions, wasted development time, and increased credit usage. In effect, Lovable benefits financially from the additional credits consumed, while users bear the cost of errors, repetition, and frustration.
