Always use pay pal to purchase your samples and label it as goods and services. Just in case you get scammed or they completely mess over your stuff intentionally. Pay pal gives you a year to file a dispute and 9/10 you always get your money back

Samples can take up to 3 weeks to make depending on complexity, not to mention its peak season with LNY around the corner. You should be good If you paid through alibaba.
