that looks more like some sort of reaction compared to blood pooling tbh. I get bad blood pooling in my feet and legs but its like purple not red. its almost like a heat rash there

I also have this don’t let people diagnose you sometimes it can simply be that you’re skin is sensitive. As long as you don’t have a racing heart, dizziness or feeling unwell in general then you’re fine!

Idk this happens to me, I have a lot of other issues with my health but no doctor will diagnose me it's always "ur a young adult and you just have stomach issues, ur lactose intolerant" 😭✌🏼 but I faint and puke all the time and can't eat without getting sick.

its chronic urticaria if youre uk and MCAS in America. I have this and im uk and I've seen 3 immunologists and they say MCAS keeps getting over diagnosed 🙃
