End of story. And no I’m not a nutritionist, but I’m a mum, a mum who also had no idea about how detremental UPF’s can have on our health. So if you’re just starting out and making small changes to your family’s diet, welcome to my page. We’re an 80/20 family and you’ll still find a bit of crap in my cupboards but 80% of the time i’m cooking from scratch, using organic everything and adding bone broth to every meal… but 20% of that is saved up for a cheeky Nando’s, some sweeties and cakes 🤣😃 balance always xx
Completely agree and good on you … but try reducing your plastics as most of your grocery shopping is in plastic containers or bags ….kinda defeats the whole organic aspect …. Do you use organic laundry, household and toiletries too? 🧡
