Didn’t leave my profession or “that job” but I left THAT building. THAT administration. THAT toxic environment. && it was the BEST thing I ever did! 💗 I love my career again, I have administration and bosses who not only “talk the talk” but they WALK the TALK. They lead by example!

Left that toxic job & now I’m at a job where I am appreciated, valued, cared for, and not just an “employee” but family to those I work for/with. Leave that toxic job and find one where you will be family at.
