Ingredients: - 1 cup 2% good culture cottage cheese - 1 serving vanilla protein powder - 1/2 tbsp lime juice - 1/2 tsp lime zest - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 2 graham crackers How to: - Add the cottage cheese, protein powder, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. - Add the mixture back into a small container. - Break the graham crackers apart following the four seams (you should have 4 rectangle size graham crackers per sheet).
