Keep Training everyday Rest if you must every week run extra miles, eat healthy, stop using your brain you don’t need it, let heart guid you, you want the medal right? Me too I ran two full ones n I want the medal 🏅 to prove to myself, wife n kids n say you see anything you want in life you can have. There is thought in that just ACTION N DISCIPLINE. 👑🙏🏻❤️🫶💪🏼🏆🔥
