Number 2 is how I got over mine. The whole breathe and relax thinking just didn't work. It was my councillor who suggested this and told me about it. People fight to get away from having a panic attack which immediately puts you under more stress and stress leads to anxiety which then leads to panic attacks. Let it happen like goose bumps on your arms when you're cold! It passes 😁
