What makes you realize you’re full? Do you get any ques? I had surgery yesterday and as I’m eating soups today I can’t figure out if it’s gas pain or I’m full 😩

Congrats girl!!🥰 I just got mine on Wednesday I feel a lot of gas still in pain. However, i’m able to drink liquids, water and the protein shakes.
