Doble may have ended up the biggest Barrios and had beef whith all hoods but they didn't have big gang wars like the Chicano based Barrios did. The original WBP was 31st Ave Doble which started around 83-84. They even started another clique that didn't last known as RVVL "Raza Vida Vida Locos."
