Try Shine from knitpicks. Cotton/bamboo blend and knits up very similar to a superwash wool with a little slip. Very easy to work with and very summer friendly.

meeeeeeeeee im only knitting with untreated wool because its so forgiving and i can spit splice the ends tg. cotton/bamboo is for crochet in my mind
