After you come to a sort of acceptance when you’re convinced you are pregnant to only find out you’re not, is such a whirlwind. It’s completely normal to feel a sense of loss as a response! You basically envision a new life and it’s ripped away in an instant (speaking from experience). Give yourself some love and grace 💗💗

im on the patch for period cramps and it helps a lot! you just put it on your skin its like a sticker

Same thing happened with my copper iud and I was fully convinced I was pregnant.. same symptoms from my first. My blood test came back negative then.. I was still 100% sure I was and now typing this at 22 weeks preggo.

I absolutely love the Nuva ring if you are wanting to switch birth controls!! It’s helped my periods so much!! And you can take it out whenever you want that’s what I like about it!!

listen,it can for sure happen. I got pregnant twice while on an IUD. and yes, it was 2 different types of iud's. so its never out of the equation.

after you have kids you can either go one way or the other. I know people that had light periods before kids, now after their periods are heavier and more painful. I on the other was opposite and my period is lighter and easier to deal with. pregnancy chances your body
