If you’re a mom trying to survive busy nights, toddler feelings, and dinnertime chaos, you’re in the right place 🤍 CRISPY OVEN BAKED TACOS: Ground beef Taco seasoning Onion Street size tortillas Cheese Pico (store bought is fine & saves time) For the avocado lime sauce: one avocado, 1/2 cup sour cream, one jalepeno, a handful of cilantro, juice from one lime, minced garlic, 1/2 tsp kinders the blend, 1/2 tsp onion powder. *add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You can add small amounts of water to thin it out. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook your taco meat with diced yellow onion. Season with taco seasoning of choice. Add tortillas to a baking sheet and coat well with avocado oil on both sides. (This is what will help them crisp up) fill them with taco meat and cheese and fold over well. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Add any toppings of choice, dipping sauce, and I like to serve with a lime wedge. #easyfamilydinners #weeknightdinners #easymeals #momlife
