This feels like the type of thing where you set the delay timer to where it is supposed to be an everything magically gets worse. Then after tons of work you find out someone turned it off because that magically fixed an issue they couldn’t actually solve 😂

That non auto stop is a built-in safety feature. If a VFD tries to start on a rolling motor you will blow up the caps on it. You would need a brake resistor at the very least.

If all you did was make it match the drawing then why was it changed previously? Sounds like someone messed with the timers to fix a different problem in the past.

Power flex drives have that issue. If the run signal is on and the drive loses power it won’t start until the run signal is cycled. Gotta make sure if the power goes off the run signal goes off with it. Mostly see it when you get the run signal from a plc output. 🤟
